Use the donation link or call 855-500-RIDE. You give the year, make, model, and condition of the vehicle. There is no donation form on this site — intake, towing, and sale are handled by CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services).

Yes. Free tow pickup is included, in running condition or not, and the tow comes to you.

A tow operator typically contacts you within 24 to 72 hours to schedule a pickup window that works for you.

Cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, RVs, campers, boats, watercraft, trailers, and fleet vehicles. The title must be in your name, and any lien must be released first.

The vehicle must be lien-free at pickup. The lender must sign a lien release on the title or provide a separate release letter before the donation can proceed.

It depends on the state. Pennsylvania requires the donor's signature to be notarized; Texas, Florida, California, Colorado, and Michigan do not. Each state page spells out its own paperwork.

Consult your tax advisor. Vehicles over $500 receive IRS Form 1098-C from the processor.

The vehicle is sold, selling expenses are deducted, and the net proceeds fund commissary grants through Soul Tribes International Ministries — soap, toothpaste, stamps, and other basic necessities for incarcerated people. Impact figures are reported once verified.

A thank-you for donors: room rate covered, donor pays taxes and fees, activate within 7 days, travel within 18 months, 21+, one per household per 12 months. Full terms are on the free hotel stay page.
