Complete Section A on the back of the Pennsylvania Certificate of Title: record the recipient's name and address, the odometer reading, and sign and print your name in the presence of a notary public - your signature must be notarized. Never sign a blank title; fill in the recipient information first. Keep a photocopy of both sides of the completed, notarized title for your records. Remove your license plates before pickup and return them to PennDOT to release your liability.
